Enclosed is important information that requires your attention. Our goal is that you have time during summer break to read and complete the paperwork. We have found that information sent home in a backpack does not always make it home.

  • Emergency Card – URGENT -ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE A NEW EMERGENCY CARD

ANNUALLY. Even if your child attended Rosewood last school year we need a new card on file. Even if the information from last year to this year has not changed we need a new card. This card is very

important because it is what we go to in the event of an emergency. Please print clearly and take the time to complete the entire document and return to school on the first day of instruction. If you are new to Rosewood for the 2026-2027 school year this card would have been completed as part of your enrollment packet and you need not complete the attached card – ALL OTHERS MUST COMPLETE THIS EMERGENCY CARD. THE EMERGENCY CARD IS FOR YOUR CHILD’S SAFETY.
