Rosewood Avenue has been approved to become a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Magnet, Urban Planning and Urban Design, beginning 2018-2019.  Our young scientists, engineers, and mathematicians use the Technology Media Lab which provides opportunities to use online STEM resources and to become technologically literate.
To prepare all students for the formative and summative assessments which are given online, students will use Keyboarding without Tears to ensure keyboarding proficiency.
Our youngsters use Accelerated Reader (AR), a software program for monitoring the practice of reading.  Students take on-going computer adaptive tests designed to identify their grade-equivalent reading level and instructional reading level.
